Health Coaching

Have you lost your natural sparkle? Do you ever wish you could:

In one session we’ll find out more about you, your current lifestyle and health status, what motivates you get out of bed in the morning (or what doesn’t!). We’ll pinpoint and agree on some simple steps you can incorporate into your life to begin to turn your health and wellbeing around.

These steps may include a series of exercises, changing what you eat and/or some de-stressing exercises such as a simple form of meditation. I may also recommend a Shiatsu treatment from myself or another treatment from a colleague at the practice.

By the end of the three sessions we will have developed your personal health plan which is tailored to you and your needs. Your plan may include dietary changes and a series of exercises that you will need on your path to regaining that “lost natural sparkle”.

Your sessions and your personal health plan will provide you with a clear guide and will be backed up with email support from myself. You will also receive a discount for my cooking classes.
There is no upper or lower age limit for anyone wanting to engage in their personal health and wellbeing. However, individuals often find that this sort of coaching is helpful at key stages or times of change in their lives.
