Massage/Sports Therapy
Massage is an effective way of treating the soft tissues of the body where chronic tension and physical fatigue is often responsible for the aches and pains that we associate with injuries or ageing.
Improving mobility
Massage helps keep muscles elastic and supple, improves circulation and healing.
Relaxation
A relaxing massage can be a good general body maintenance treatment. Used in this way muscle tension can be relieved before it becomes too painful.
Injuries
Sports massage therapy can also assist in the treatment and rehabilitation of injuries.
